Lakehouse wildlife giclées are printed on Hahnemühle Bamboo 290, a substantial natural-white paper made from 90% bamboo and 10% cotton fibers. Its smooth matte surface has a light felt texture without the shine of photographic paper.
On paper, you can follow the edge of a heron’s wing, branches crossing green water, the stones beneath a fish, or a turtle tucked below cardinal flowers. The matte surface makes those smaller parts of the habitat easier to see without the strong reflections of glossy paper.

Hahnemühle Bamboo is heavier than ordinary poster paper and reflects far less light than a glossy print. You can see the color, wildlife, water, plants, and smaller habitat details without a glossy reflection crossing the image.
