Conservation & Community Partnerships
Artwork connected to water, wildlife, and the places people care about
Much of my work is shaped by time spent around lakes, rivers, forests, and quiet natural places across Kentucky and beyond. Water, wildlife, reflected light, and the feeling of being fully present in a landscape sit at the center of what I create.
Why it fits
For projects rooted in place
I have always been drawn to the emotional connection people carry with the outdoors: the places they return to, the water they know by memory, and the wildlife they notice when they slow down enough to really look.
Because of that, I am interested in building thoughtful partnerships with organizations, events, and community efforts that care for natural places, wildlife, freshwater ecosystems, and meaningful local connection.
At this stage, I approach partnerships intentionally and selectively so each opportunity feels genuine and aligned rather than transactional.
Areas of Alignment
Where the work naturally belongs
Partnership Opportunities
Ways we might work together
Artwork donations for silent auctions or fundraising events
A piece of lake or wildlife artwork can be a meaningful fit for fundraisers connected to conservation, water, regional identity, or community care.
Online benefit auctions
Selected artwork may be a good match for online giving campaigns, benefit auctions, or seasonal fundraising efforts with a clear natural-place connection.
Conservation-centered campaigns or awareness initiatives
I am especially interested in projects that help people notice, value, and protect freshwater places, native wildlife, and the quiet edges of the landscape.
Collaborative storytelling projects
Artwork, writing, and place-based stories can work together beautifully when the goal is to help people feel connected to a landscape, species, watershed, or local community.
Event partnerships connected to water, wildlife, or regional identity
Lake, river, wildlife, outdoor, arts, and Kentucky-centered events may be a natural fit when the partnership feels sincere and specific.
Community-centered projects that align with the spirit of the work
If the project is thoughtful, place-based, and rooted in care for the natural world, I am glad to hear about it.
About the Work
Lake art with memory in it
Lakehouse Portrait Co. creates original artwork inspired by wildlife, freshwater landscapes, reflected light, and the emotional atmosphere of time spent near the water. The work is rooted in observation, memory, and a deep appreciation for the quiet complexity of natural places.
Rather than focusing on spectacle or trophy imagery, many pieces explore presence, stillness, layered color, and the feeling of encountering wildlife and landscape as living environments rather than backdrops.
Lakehouse Portrait Co. is based in Kentucky, with artwork and shipping available nationwide.
