Shop Policies
A clear guide to shipping, canvas prints, fine art prints, damaged orders, returns, and the details that help your artwork arrive safely.
Shipping is included on all orders.
Product prices include standard U.S. shipping unless otherwise noted at checkout. Most art shop orders arrive in about 1 to 2 weeks, depending on production time, print size, and delivery location.
Canvas Prints
Canvas prints arrive finished, stretched, and ready to hang. Each canvas is gallery-wrapped over a 1.25" wood frame with clean finished edges and hanging hardware already installed.
The canvas finish is matte, soft, and low-glare, so the artwork feels calm and natural in a real room instead of overly shiny.
Fine Art Prints
Fine art prints are archival giclee prints made on textured fine art paper. They are designed for your favorite frame, collected walls, gifts, and rooms that feel better with water nearby.
Fine art prints and canvas prints are different products. Choose canvas if you want ready-to-hang artwork, and choose a fine art print if you want to frame the piece yourself.
Production and Delivery
Art shop orders are printed and prepared by U.S. production partners. Many orders are prepared for shipment within 5 to 10 business days, with delivery typically following shortly after.
Please allow about 1 to 2 weeks for your order to arrive. Timing can vary by product type, size, production volume, and shipping destination.
Shipping Address
Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please double check your shipping details before placing an order, especially for gifts, lake houses, cabins, or seasonal addresses.
If a package is delayed after shipment, the carrier tracking information is usually the best first place to check.
Damage in Transit
If your artwork arrives damaged, please reach out as soon as possible with photos of the print or canvas, the packaging, and the shipping label.
Damaged shipments can usually be resolved through the print lab. Clear photos help me get the issue reviewed quickly and make the process as simple as possible.
Returns and Exchanges
Because artwork is produced for each order, returns and exchanges are limited. Please review the artwork, size, product type, and shipping address before checkout.
If something is wrong with your order, contact me so I can review it with you. I want the artwork to feel good in your home, and I also need to handle made-for-you print orders carefully and fairly.
Color and Finish
Screens vary in brightness and color, so printed artwork may look slightly different from what you see on your phone or computer.
Canvas prints have a soft matte finish. Fine art prints are produced on textured paper, which gives the color and surface a more traditional frameable art feel.
Sizes and Custom Requests
Available sizes are listed on each product page. Smaller pieces work well in tucked-away corners, bedrooms, offices, and layered spaces. Larger pieces have more presence and can anchor a room.
