Standard U.S. shipping is included unless checkout says otherwise. Ready-to-hang canvases, wall tapestries, and art puzzles typically arrive within 7 to 10 calendar days. Giclee fine art prints typically arrive in about 10 days to 2 weeks. Custom and commissioned artwork follows a separate timeline confirmed for the individual order.
For preference returns, including size, color, room fit, or change of mind, the buyer pays return shipping. If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, that is handled separately so the issue can be reviewed and corrected.

What the policy covers
Canvas, paper, tapestries, and puzzles arrive differently.
Canvas Prints
Canvas prints arrive finished, gallery-wrapped, and ready to hang, with a separate frame optional.
The matte, low-glare finish keeps the artwork clear beside windows and lamps.
Giclee Fine Art Prints
Giclee fine art prints are made on textured fine art paper and arrive unframed, ready for the mat and frame you select.
Paper prints work well in gallery walls, bedrooms, offices, and gifts when you already have a favorite frame.
Wall Tapestries
Lakehouse Goods wall tapestries bring original woodland artwork to rooms, cabins, bedrooms, and studios on a flexible textile surface.
They are lightweight, fold for storage, and move more easily than framed wall art.
Art Puzzles
Art Puzzles bring Lakehouse artwork to the table for one person or a group. Piece count changes both difficulty and finished size, and the guide shows each puzzle at a readable scale.
Ordering details
Production and Delivery
Ready-to-hang canvases, wall tapestries, and art puzzles are made to order and typically arrive within 7 to 10 calendar days from order placement. Tracking is provided when the order ships.
Giclee fine art prints typically arrive in about 10 days to 2 weeks. Custom and commissioned artwork follows a separate timeline confirmed for the individual order. Holidays, production volume, destination, or carrier delays may extend these estimates.
Shipping Address
Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please double check gift addresses, lake houses, cabins, apartments, seasonal homes, and any address where delivery may be unusual.
If a package is delayed after shipment, the carrier tracking information is usually the best first place to check.
Color and Finish
Screens vary in brightness and color, so printed artwork may look slightly different from what you see on your phone or computer.
Canvas has a soft matte finish. Giclee paper has a textured, frameable art surface. Tapestries and puzzles have their own material feel.
Sizes and Room Fit
Available sizes are listed on each product page. Larger pieces can anchor a room; smaller pieces work well in tucked-away corners, layered walls, offices, bedrooms, and giftable spaces.

Returns and order issues
Returns, damage, and large pieces.
Start within 7 days.
If a canvas print, giclee print, wall tapestry, or puzzle is not right for your space, email within 7 days of delivery to start a return.
Preference returns are buyer-paid.
For size, color, room fit, personal preference, or change of mind, the buyer pays return shipping. This matters most for large pieces.
Send photos quickly.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders are reviewed separately. Include photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label so the issue can be handled.
How to Start a Return
- Email studio@lakehouseportraits.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number, item name, and reason for return.
- Wait for return instructions before sending anything back.
- Return the item in unused condition with its original packaging when possible.
Refund Timing
Refunds for approved preference returns are issued after the returned item is received and checked. Original standard U.S. shipping is already included in product pricing; return shipping for preference returns is the buyer's responsibility.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders may receive a replacement or refund, depending on what happened.
Custom Artwork
Custom lake artwork follows its own process because it is made from a specific place, photo, home, or memory. If you are starting a custom piece, the return and revision expectations should be discussed before work begins.
Privacy and Contact
Information you share during checkout or by email is used to fulfill orders, communicate with you, coordinate shipping, and complete requested artwork. Client images are not used publicly or for marketing without permission.
