All you need is a photo of your lake home from the water. It doesn’t have to be perfect—just clear enough to show the home, shoreline, and overall setting.
If you can, take it during your favorite season or time of day. If not, you’re welcome to include notes about how it feels at its best, and I’ll take that into account while creating your piece.

Not every photo translates perfectly into artwork, and that’s okay. Part of my role as an artist is adjusting light, color, and clarity so the final piece feels natural and complete.
Your photo doesn’t have to be perfect—that’s where the interpretation comes in.

You submit your photo and select your preferred size and style. From there, I begin creating your piece with those details in mind.
For original paintings, we’ll have a brief consultation and I’ll share a directional mockup before moving forward. This gives you a chance to make sure everything feels aligned early in the process.
Once complete, your piece is professionally printed or painted, framed, and shipped ready to hang.

Yes—there’s an opportunity for small adjustments early in the process, especially for custom and original pieces. This might include shifts in color balance, emphasis, or overall tone to better fit your space.
Larger changes, new source photos, or a different direction after work has begun may require an additional fee.

Most pieces are completed within 2–4 weeks. Timing can vary depending on order volume, framing, and the level of detail involved based on size and method.
Each piece is created with care, so timelines stay flexible enough to allow for that.

Yes—shipping is included within the United States. Your piece arrives professionally framed and ready to hang.

If anything arrives damaged, I’ll take care of it. Just reach out within 5 days of delivery with photos, and a replacement will be created and sent at no cost.

Each piece is custom made from your personal photo, so orders are final and non-refundable.
If there’s ever a concern, I’ll work with you before production begins to make sure everything feels right.

Yes. Your photo is only used to create your artwork and communicate about your order. I never share or use client images without permission.

This isn’t a direct print. Each piece is interpreted and refined—adjusting light, color, and composition so it reflects how the place lives, not just how it looked in a single moment.
It’s also professionally and archivally framed, so it’s ready to live in your home long-term.

Yes. Many pieces are created as gifts for parents, spouses, lake house owners, realtors, and families. If it’s a surprise, you can send the best photo you have and include any notes about the home, the people, or the occasion.
